Our commitment.

GTN is committed to improving website accessibility so that more people can access information and services, taking account of technical standards and applicable European and Italian legislation.

Measures implemented.

The website includes a skip link, structured headings, accessible control names, focus indicators and menus that support keyboard navigation. Forms identify required fields. Measures are provided to respect the device’s reduced motion preference. Solution information and contact options are available without using the three-dimensional experiences.

Checks performed.

Automatic accessibility checks have covered 23 pages at widths of 390 and 1440 pixels, with additional checks of articles, menus, language selectors, selected presentation interactions and forms. These checks detect only some barriers and do not constitute a complete assessment with assistive technologies, real devices and users.

Technical standards.

EN 301 549 and WCAG provide technical references under the applicable legal framework. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the improvement target; automatic checks alone do not support a claim of full conformity.

WCAG 2.2 — W3C

The European framework.

Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act, covers specific products and services, including consumer e-commerce, with provisions applying from 28 June 2025. Applicability to GTN depends on the activities actually offered; an informational company website is not automatically covered by every provision.

Directive (EU) 2019/882

The Italian framework.

Legislative Decree 82/2022 implements the European Accessibility Act in Italy. Law 4/2004 and AgID guidance establish further obligations for entities within their scope.
