PRIVACY NOTICE — ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

Privacy,
point by point.

This notice concerns personal data processed through the GTN website. Specific notices for customers, suppliers, job applications or other services supplement this information. Linked external websites have their own privacy notices.

Controller and contact

GTN S.p.A., Via G. Marconi 83/A, 33010 Tavagnacco (UD), Italy. VAT and tax code: 01438240309. Privacy enquiries: privacy@gtngroup.it.

For general company enquiries, contact info@gtngroup.it.

Data and purposes

Contact requests.

The contact form collects your name, email address, sector, subject and message; company and telephone are optional. The request, including the message, submitted details, request context and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, is saved in the website CMS (Payload) and is accessible only to authorised users. A copy is also forwarded by email to the GTN mailboxes info2@gtngroup.it and commerciale@gtngroup.it to handle your request.

The data is used to respond, understand your request and manage any subsequent steps. Requests concerning a possible contract rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other communications rely on the legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), assessed against your rights.

Required fields are necessary to submit the form. Acknowledging this notice does not constitute consent to marketing. Avoid including health data or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Job applications.

The “Work with us” section provides a Jotform channel, loaded after you choose to open it and consent to the Marketing category. Consent to load the external service is separate from the legal basis for recruitment. The channel uses a Jotform AI assistant and indicates that the conversation is recorded. CVs and submitted data are stored in Jotform; GTN also receives a copy of the application by email. The data and documents are used to assess the application and manage recruitment contacts. Processing necessary to assess your application relies on pre-contractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Before submitting, also read the recruitment channel’s specific privacy notice. Share only information relevant to recruitment.

Browsing and security.

Technical systems may record IP addresses, server requests, dates and times, browser information and error events. These data support site operation and help prevent abuse, under the legitimate interest in service security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal obligations are fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Further processing, such as promotional communications or non-essential analytics, requires specific information and the applicable legal basis: submitting a request does not authorise it automatically.

Retention

Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent developments, taking account of legal obligations and the protection of rights. If a contractual relationship is established, the retention rules for the relevant documents apply.

The maximum retention period set for CVs and application data is 36 months from submission, for assessing the application and possible subsequent job opportunities. This limit also covers copies received by email and downloaded files. Retention for future recruitment requires an appropriate legal basis and specific information. Data needed for an employment relationship is covered by the separate employee privacy notice.

Browsing data and logs are retained for the time needed for service operation and security, taking account of incident management and legal obligations. Backups support system recovery and continuity. Contact the privacy address for information about the periods applicable to your case.

Recipients and service providers

GTN-authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, maintenance and the services used may access data according to their respective roles and applicable instructions. Data may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

Google Tag Manager.

Google Analytics 4 is used through Google Tag Manager for statistics about visits and site usage, only after Analytics consent. Marketing consent is separate and is not required to enable Analytics. You can refuse or withdraw consent in cookie settings; withdrawal stops subsequent loading. The Cookie Policy describes the cookies and available controls.

Google Privacy Policy

Website hosting.

The site uses AWS infrastructure for hosting and technical operation.

Embedded videos.

Embedded videos use Cloudflare Stream. Loading may involve direct communication between your browser and the provider’s servers. Optional services are loaded according to consent choices and the Cookie Policy.

Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Jotform applications.

The recruitment channel uses Jotform, including an AI assistant, and sends a copy by email to GTN. CVs, submitted data and the recorded conversation are processed within the recruitment channel. Before submitting, also consult its specific privacy notice.

Jotform Privacy Policy

International transfers.

Services from international providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers are subject to the conditions in Chapter V GDPR. For information about processing destinations and safeguards applicable to the services used, contact privacy@gtngroup.it.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact privacy@gtngroup.it to exercise your rights, explaining your request and providing the information needed to identify it. Proportionate information may be requested to verify your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Updates

This notice may be updated when services or processing change. The date at the start identifies the latest version.
