The workflow
Automation accompanies documents from submission to availability for import into your ERP, the business management system.
Suppliers submit documents to their assigned area. Synchronisation workflows support their handling.
The process reduces repetitive downloading and renaming tasks.

Access
Each supplier receives a unique authorisation token and can write only to their assigned folder.
Supplier-specific authorisation with no access to other areas of the system.
GTN can revoke a token and issue a new one when needed.
Connections use HTTPS. Data stored on Cloudflare R2 is encrypted at rest.

The rules
Centralised management applies rules to incoming files, from permitted size to filename normalisation.
A maximum upload size can be set. The 100 MB limit in the demo is a configurable example.
Automatic conversion makes file naming more consistent.
The platform supports automatic synchronisation and notifications to accompany document exchange.

European cloud
nCloudLink uses Cloudflare R2 with storage configured exclusively within the European Union. GTN manages the application logic and access rules.
The active configuration keeps stored data within the European Union.
Cloud infrastructure reduces reliance on managing local servers dedicated to file exchange.
Encryption at rest and access controls support document management. Privacy obligations also depend on applicable processes and agreements.
